the baton from Som Saa, Leandro Carreira has been named as the next chef to take over the residency at Climpson’s Arch. After traveling the world via the Michelin-starred kitchens of Viajante and Mugaritz and collaborating with James Lowe of Lyle’s and Junya Yamasaki formerly of  Koya, this is set to be one special residency. Inspired by his Portuguese roots and homecooking you can expect dishes such as ‘Bacalhau de Fernanda’, Leandro’s mother’s recipe and pork ribs with offal rice.

And, if you’re upset about Som Saa then don’t be, they are opening up a permanent site in Spitalfields. HOORAH.
