Peckham’s food scene is hotting up and Amy Corbin and Patrick Williams are opening Kudu in January. Patrick who was most recently at Paradise Garage and The Manor, will be heading up the kitchen with a seasonal menu, featuring locally sourced, home grown and foraged food. Drawing on Patrick’s South African roots, you can expect dishes to include Kudu Bread served with melted lardon or seafood butter, Mussel potje pot with seaweed gnocci, Onion & beer tarte tatin and Pigs head tortellini with hay bone broth and crispy onions. Sounds like this is gonna be another good addition to the hood.
