Kreidel, a new bar, kitchen, events space and media studio, is coming to Hoxton from MasterChef: The Professionals 2019 finalist Yann Florio and Far Out Food director Graham Brittain. There are six booths in the space, plus 12 counter seats at the bar, where you’ll be served complimentary canape-style dishes matched to the drinks you order.

Yann will head up the kitchen (which can also operate as a development kitchen for other chefs and restaurateurs), running regularly changing menus with dishes like cured wild sea bass with pea bavarois & gooseberries and quail with fermented cherries & confit courgette, as well as chef’s table events. Joe Sanders will lead the bar, with a rotating list of wines and cocktails made with foraged and seasonal ingredients.

Graham will manage the studio side of Kreidel, which can be used for cookery demos and live streaming with the space, extra equipment and cameramen available to hire. And if that wasn’t enough to pack into one venue, an online wine shop and deli selling condiments and preserves handmade in the kitchen, will launch later in the month.
