Tom Kitchin Recipe

Harrods have announced their brand new chef of the season and we could’t be more excited to hear it’s Tom Kitchin, the chef behind Edinburgh’s Michelin starred restaurant The Kitchin and gastro-pub The Scran & Scallie. As chef of the season, Tom has created a range of dishes-to-go for the Harrods’ foodhall (one of our FAVE places in London) and will also host a week-long pop up in The Conservatory at The Georgian. With hand-dived Orkney scallops baked in the shell, roasted loin of Scottish Borders roe deer and Knockraich farm yoghurt panna cotta with Granny Smith apple sorbet on the menu, everyone will be wanting a seat at this table.
