Sibling trio Roselyn, Bank and Shakris Inngern have opened Thai restaurant Kin + Deum in London Bridge, taking over the site of their dad’s old restaurant Suchard. The space has been given a makeover, split into two dining rooms, one with a communal table, and the food will be their spin on the Thai classics they love to eat. That means the menu features dishes like Khao San pad thai, weeping tiger steak, Bank’s massaman curry, claypot prawns and tom yum. Sounds like another strong addition to the growing London Bridge restaurant scene.
