a new wave of Korean restaurants sweeping up our London Town, and street food trade Hanna Soderlund is in the charge. Having already made her mark over the last year at KERB, Feast and Street Feast, she will now be setting-up residency at Catch with her pop-up, Kimchinary.

With a love of kimchis – Korea’s lethal weapon and other weird and wonderful pickles and ferments, Hanna and her army of chefs will be serving-up freshly prepared Korean inspired fillings bursting out of tacos – all pressed in-house from scratch, we’ll have you know.
Expect finger-licking dishes such as: Gochujang belly pork, pickled garlic, mustard seed coleslaw, crackling & house kimchi; beer braised “bulgogi” ox cheek, cavolo nero, radish kimchi & pickled walnut; crispy squid, fermented pineapple salsa, kimchi guac and herbs; as well as detox favourites such as queso fundido and tortilla chips.
