The days are getting longer and the weather is on the up (allegedly) so it’s the perfect time for some night market action and Old Spitalfields Market is happy to oblige. Friday Night Lates are launching at the East London institution from 1st April to kick your weekends off with a bang, and to give people who can’t get there on their lunch break a chance to dive into all the street food on offer.
The central market will be open from 5pm – 8pm each Friday night, with traders like Dumpling Shack, Humble Crumble, Yum Bun and Bleecker Burger serving everything from soup dumplings to double cheeseburgers; draft beers and cocktails coming from The Loft; and a DJ or live performer providing the tunes. The party doesn’t have to stop come 8pm either as you can head up to The Loft for more fun, drop into Merchant and Weaver for more bevs, or fly on over to Coq Bull for their Night Bird sessions. Roll on Friday.
