They’ve done Newington Green, Hornsey, and Redchurch Street, and now the Jolene team have got their sights on Islington and eventually Westminster. The two new Jolene branches, the already-open Redchurch Street and Colebrooke Row coming this October, will showcase their regenerative farming methods on a large scale, to ultimately effect change at a political level. The goal is to put the welfare of the land, through soil positive and sustainable practices, back at the forefront of farming and hopefully into law.
We don’t have any menu deets for the Colebrooke Row site yet but over on Redchurch Street they’ve been slinging lemon tarts, almond pain au chocolats, sourdough loaves, cardamom buns, sandwiches and more lovely baked goods so we’re expecting more of the same in N1. And it sounds like those two are just the first of a bunch of planned Jolene satellites for London so keep your eyes peeled for more announcements.
