John Gregory Smith has a brand new cookbook out and he’s celebrating with a 4 night pop-up at Great Guns Social this November. He’s created a menu that will take you on a journey through Morocco, from the Atlas Mountains to the Atlantic coast and through the royal kitchens of Fes, with dishes he learned and created during his travels for his new cookbook, Orange Blossom & Honey.
