JOHN GREGORY-SMITH AT GREAT GUNS SOCIAL
John Gregory-Smith is celebrating the launch of his new cookbook Saffron in the Souks with a supper club at Great Guns Social with Olive Magazine. The evening will feature a four course feast, with wine pairing, of dishes from the book, including a meze selection with vine leaves, moutabal and chilli & mint prawns, and beef kebabs with giant couscous and a fattoush salad. John will be on hand to introduce the dishes and talk about his travels around Lebanon.
