our ever growing obsession with Japanese food we’re EXTREMELY excited that a new yakitori restaurant is open in the heart of Dalston. The love child of Brett Redman, the brains behind The Richmond in Hackney, and Natalie Lee-Jones, Jidori will be bringing food from the streets of Tokyo to East London. Using traditional Japanese produce, the menu focuses on a selection of yakitori skewers, using all parts of the chicken, alongside creative small plates and rice dishes. With an open kitchen, minimalist feel and a bar serving Japanese cocktails and craft beer, Dalston will soon feel a distant memory. Yakitori for everyone!
