Having collaborated with some of the best chefs and street food traders in London and New York over the past few years, Yard Sale Pizza has something pretty special in store for its next ‘Love-In’ collaboration. To celebrate the launch of her debut cookbook, Yard Sale has teamed up with singer and Table Manners podcast host Jessie Ware to create a brand new pizza, available exclusively at all Yard Sale shops throughout March.
Jessie has created the pizza with Yard Sale chef and co-founder Nick Buckland. Inspired by the ‘Jewish-ish’ chapter of Table Manners, The Cookbook, which is being published on March 5th, the pizza has been dubbed the ‘Friday Night Full House’.
Bringing together some of the best Jewish comfort food classics, the pizza will be topped with thinly sliced beef brisket, cola braised onions, smashed potato latkes and then finished with fresh dill pickles. There’s also a special sour cream and horseradish dip to go with it.
As well as the pizza, there will be a special edition T-shirt designed by Patrick Schmidt to get your hands on. £1 from each T-shirt and pizza sold will be donated to Nightingale Hammerson, of which Jessie is a patron.
