New Japanese bar and shop Moto is opening in Covent Garden, taking over the old Sibarita site, this month and it’ll have a strong focus on sake (moto is the fermentation starter used in sake production did ya know). As well as showcasing independent craft sakes and offering tasting flights, Moto will also stock sochu and other Japanese spirits sourced directly from the breweries.
Moto will serve up a range of bar snacks to go with all that sake, including otsumami platters of crisps, cheese and charcuterie; chilled tofu; chicken fry; and grilled miso salmon. And if you want to continue the party at home, you can buy sake to take home too. Get down to Moto between 14th – 17th November to score 20% off your bill and 10% off any products.
