James Cochran, ex-Great British Menu champ and the chef behind 12:51 in Islington, is joining forces with Moko, a new hi-fi music bar and Afro-Caribbean restaurant from the Jumbi team, to serve up a special collab menu at the Tottenham spot this April. Expect a West Indian-inspired menu that features James’ signature Colonel Cochran’s fried chicken buckets with jerk gravy, as well as the likes of breadfruit hash browns with tamarind ketchup, salt cod with callaloo and sweetcorn broth, curried chicken butter Kyiv and Vincentian chocolate mousse.
