It’s All About #DivedNotDredged Seafood at The Duke Organic

The Duke Organic in Islington is partnering with Open Seas and Patagonia to raise awareness of the #DivedNotDredged campaign. The initiative from Open Seas is shining a light on Scotland’s scallop dive sector and highlighting its sustainable approach to fishing, which provides high-quality, low-impact seafood to restaurants.

Scallop divers, chefs, policy-makers and sustainability experts from organisations, like the Sustainable Restaurant Association and Patagonia, will be in attendance at this #DivedNotDredged event. You’ll also get to try responsibly-sourced seafood tapas and a selection of drinks; watch a screening of The Orkney Dive short film; and participate in a ‘chef’s roundtable’ Q&A session on the future of Scottish seafood.
