Chef Heinz Beck and drinks maestro Salvatore Calabrese have staged an Italian takeover at Brown’s Hotel restaurant and neighbouring Donavon Bar. Michelin starred chef Heinz Beck of ‘La Pergola’ in Rome, has created a special Italian menu for the occasion and you can expect dishes to include Tagliolini with black salsifies, chives and white truffle from Alba and John Dory with curry, red beetroots on a light pesto sauce. When it comes to the drinks Salvatore Calabrese has created a special Martini and Negroni menu. Only around 6 weeks, you better get down there before it’s too late.
