Say hello to The Hibernation Arms, a teeny tiny pub designed for hedgehogs by Camden Town Brewery, in partnership with the British Hedgehog Preservation Society. And no, it’s not a place for the hedgehogs to go on the razz, rather it’s a safe place for them to sleep in winter and have birth their hoglets in summer. The change in the environment, especially in urban areas, has made it harder for the little creatures to survive.
As well as selling the hedgehog hideaways (which you can buy here) Camden Town is also donating a portion of the sales from every can of their latest seasonal lager, the piney and citrusy Hells in Hibernation, to the BHPS. Drinking beer for a good cause? We are on board.
