it’s bloody freezing out there you need to be introduced to your new best friends, Kit & Ace. The cashmere connoisseurs opened their first store on London’s Redchurch Street and it’s filled with their loveable jumpers made from their hero Technical Cashmere fabric. Heroic because it’s machine washable. Yes, you heard us right the first time, Washable with technical fibres to retain its shape. No more dry cleaning bills hallelujah!

Kit & Ace are basically Uniqlo for the cool. What makes them so special is not necessarily the clothes, but the store itself. Minimalistic and monochrome with accents of concrete and copper throughout the space, it is Shoreditch through and through, and there is even a large marble topped coffee bar ‘Sorry Coffee Co’ within the space. Shannon Wilson, creative director and co-founder says…“Within our shops and pop-ups we’re trying to create an experience that goes beyond the clothing – we want locals and the creative class to feel like they are part of our story because that is who we design for, and who we want to engage with every step of the way.”
