‘Tell you what mate, fancy a Deliveroo…?’ No thats not our Aussie mate speaking in code for crikey knows what. Deliveroo is redefining the food delivery business, transporting food from popular independent and chain restaurants straight to you, at home, work or even the park!
Already a trend in New York this is proper food, properly delivered. We recently tested it out, a little dubious as a believer in that old popular saying, ‘take away is never the same as restaurant quality food’. Within the postcode of LOTI HQ came a whole list of options – something for everyone. We choose The Diner…yep burgers and shakes for lunch. DISCO! To our surprise it was pretty awesome…even the milkshake held up and by god did it feel good having a mid week shake for lunch.
