After launching in LA at the end of last year, Japanese restaurant INKO NITO, (from Rainer Becker, the man behind Zuma, Roka and Oblix) has opened its doors in Soho. A robata grill takes centre stage, with both counter seating and tables arranged at different heights around the restaurant so everyone can get a good view. As well as grill dishes like beef cheek with spicy Korean miso and picked daikon and bone marrow with smoked soy, garlic toast and shallot, there are a range of sharing plates including Dungeness crab tartare with wasabi mayo, tofu kara-age, and nigkai style sushi (that’s roasted nori and sushi rice served with a variety of toppings) on the menu. On top of sake and Japanese beer, you can also sip on cocktails like the Nori Old Fashioned and Inko Spritz on tap.

Sounds good right? Well it’s about to get better because the first 50 people through the door this week can get 30% OFF their lunch just by saying the code “Incognito LOTI”. Boom.
