a well-known fact that records and beer go hand in hand. Literally. And what better place to aggregate these two beloved pastimes than at the Independent Label Market, once again returning to the our most cherished market stall institution – Old Spitalfields Market.

Supported once more by AIM (the Association of Independent Music) a plethora of indie labels bring the crème de la crème of vinyl releases direct to consumer, including exclusives, rarities and revered test pressings. Regular traders from Bella Union, Cooking Vinyl, Fortuna Pop! FatCat, Heavenly and Moshi Moshi return to offer a myriad of releases from their thriving rosters, and the market welcomes a number of new and emerging labels such as Midnight Riot, Black Acre and Shogun Audio to the fray. London Brewers’ Market will once more be serving up the refreshments, so you can leisurely enjoy a sample from London’s flourishing beer scene while perusing the aisles. A specially created beer garden, between the ILM and Brewer’s stalls will feature product sampling, live music and DJ sets to entertain for the duration of the day. Easter’s incredibly successful ILM market drew over 53,000 visitors, testament to the appeal of our treasured independent music scene. This mid-summer festivity is set to be a revelrous affair…
