4th July may have passed but you can still get in on the Independence Day celebrations at The Colony Grill at The Beaumont. Head Chef Ben Boeynaems is cooking up spesh American-inspired menu to be served in the glam NYC-style grill room, featuring a Cornish seafood boil; whole buttermilk fried chicken with tater tots, corn ribs, mac ‘n’ cheese, fried green tomatoes, slaw, watermelon salad, and buffalo and ranch sauces; and caramelised apple pie a la mode. The set menu is available for tables of two to six people and you need to book at least 24 hours in advance, so get it on it whilst you can.
