theme at this year’s House of Peroni is ‘Amare L’Italia’ aka ‘for the love of Italy’, and chef Francesco Mazzei is really showing his love with a special five-course feasting experience. Inspired by the family dinners he grew up with in Calabria and featuring his distinctive ‘Mezzogiorno’ cooking style, the feast brings guests together to enjoy delights like salmon battuta, house cured duck salami, burrata-filled tortelli, baccalà marinated in liquorice, saddle of lamb with artichokes, and Amalfi lemon cream.
