HYPER-LOCAL FOUR-COURSE FEAST WITH 10 MILES CLUB

With 10 Miles Club, Emily Gussin and Sarah Smith are bringing new meaning to the term ‘locally-sourced’. The pair host supper clubs with menus that make use of ingredients that are grown, reared and milled within 10 miles of the venue. Working within such a tight framework ensures that Emily and Sarah are using seasonal produce that they have full traceability over, and as it leaves them with very little room for wastage, it keeps their cooking sustainable as well as local.

For the March edition of 10 Miles Club, the pair will be cooking at Snackbar in Dalston, with a four-course menu that includes:

  • radishes with three-cornered leek butter, radicchio with basil dip & sourdough focaccia
  • crayfish bisque
  • Bermondsey frier with honey, beetroot puree, creamed leeks, grilled broccoli & mixed leaves
  • rhubarb and whey custard choux buns

Not only will you be tucking into all that good food, you’ll discover just how much amazing produce is to be found right on your doorstep in London as Emily and Sarah explain where the ingredients for each course have been sourced from. Keeping it local has never tasted so good.

We’ve teamed up with 10 Miles Club to host this supper club exclusively for INSIDERS, with the £45 ticket including a welcome gin cocktail and the four-course menu.
