First Pergola brought street food to Paddington and now Huckster is following in their footsteps with a huge new market hall opening in June. The space is inspired by 1980s New York, with street art graffiti, a karaoke bar, dancing space decked out like a subway and a whole load of food and drink.
Interestingly, all the street food has been specifically created for Huckster and includes True Burgers, Crooked Peel Pizza Co, Mofo Chicken Wings, Wonton Willy, RUMBL (loaded fries), and Bubble Gods (Hong Kong style bubble waffles). You’ll be able to wash all of that down with Huckster Coffee and cocktails like the Lower Manhattan Sour, Burnt Orange Espresso Martini and Pisco Cosmopolitan. Maybe west is best after all…
