HOW TO SIT AND WFH WITH DAVID CROFT

We can tell when we’ve got a looming deadline approaching, not just because we’re mentally in it but because our body starts complaining too. Studies show sitting for long periods has a negative impact on our posture AND body overall. Sitting on the floor, changing position regularly is a great way to combat this.

Check out this @davey_t_croft vid for different ways that we can position our joints, each one creating a unique load to help sort you out. This might feel uncomfortable at first if you’re not used to it, but as shown in the video – yoga blocks, cushions and pillows COULD become your bessie mate.
