for the Easter Bunny to hop its way into your lives this spring? Well it’s arrived at ETM Group venues but not quite how you might expect…..in the form of the limited edition Hot Cross Bunny Burger. ETM Group is renowned for serving up the best in British produce and they’ve added a seasonal twist to their wild Suffolk rabbits. The Bunny Burger consists of a rabbit patty, smoked bacon and mushrooms, topped with a Lincolnshire rarebit, all stuffed between a fluffy hot cross bun, served alongside thick-cut chips, a carrot mustard slaw and a bottle of Long Arm Brewing Co. craft beer…..an Easter treat that’s hard to beat. It’s only available for one week, so if you want a bite of the bunny, you’d better hop to it!
