After launching as a delivery kitchen during lockdown, Hot 4 U – created by Matthew Scott (Head Chef at Cub) and Eddy Tejada (St John) – is hosting a three-day pop-up next week. Cooking directly for guests for the first time, Matthew and Eddy will be behind the stoves at Chicken Shop in the basement of The Hoxton, Holborn from 23rd – 25th July.
There will be two sittings each night, at 6pm and 8:30pm and the menu will change slightly each day. Dishes that will be on each night include pancakes with Szechuan tendon, the Dino-rama, and the whisky luge. Tickets are £75 for a 6 course menu including a welcome Disco Juice cocktail. A killer line up of natural wines from Top Cuvée will also be available to purchase on the night too. Bookings via email hot4ufood@gmail.com.
