Since the start of the pandemic not-for-profit initiative Hospitality For Heroes has provided almost 100,000 meals to NHS workers, and to ensure they can keep going, they’ve created charity cookbook Recipes for Heroes. The book features over 20 recipes from some of the best chefs in the UK, including yum kahi dao from AngloThai’s John Chantarasak, devilled crab tartlet from Harwood Arms’ Sally Abe and nettle tagliolini from Ikoyi’s Jeremy Chan.

You can get Recipes For Heroes as an e-book for a donation of £10 or more and as a limited edition hardback for donations above £35 with 100% of the donations going directly to the cause. So if you’re in need of some lockdown dinner inspo, this is the book for you.
