HOP Vietnamese Is Bringing Fast, Fresh Food to King’s Cross

It’ll be the group’s fourth London location

Bored of grabbing the same supermarket meal deals for a quick bite? Looking for new lunch or post-work dinner and drinks options around King’s Cross? HOP Vietnamese is bringing fast, fresh and nourishing Vietnamese food to the neighbourhood this November. The new two-floor, 52-cover venue will showcase a new look, inspired by the phrase “Ăn cơm chưa?” (which translates to “have you eaten yet?” and is a way of people checking in and showing warmth), and a new menu.

It includes a range of high-protein pho, banh mi, noodle salads and rice boxes like:

  • beef brisket & pulled chicken pho with slow-cooked beef brisket, pulled chicken breast, flat rice noodles, red onion, chillies and spring onion
  • Hoi An banh mi with caramel chicken, chicken liver pate, pickled carrot, cucumber and crispy shallots
  • crispy chicken noodle salad with fried chicken, caramel fish sauce, rice noodles, pickles, chillies, herbs, crushed peanuts and nuoc cham dressing
  • chargrilled honey pork with jasmine rice, nuoc cham dressing, salad, pickled carrots, herbs, crispy shallots and chillies
  • small plates and sides like naked pho broth, veg spring rolls, pork ribs and boneless Viet wings

Whether you’re heading in for a quick Vietnamese coffee, speedy lunch or casual dinner, HOP is all about fast and convenient service – you can order at a kiosk or via QR codes on the tables – so you can eat fuss-free.

Speaking about the new opening, Paul Hopper, Founder of HOP, said “I’m thrilled to be opening our new venue in King’s Cross. Our goal is to bring the freshness, vibrancy, and natural goodness of Vietnamese food to even more people. HOP was born from my love of Vietnam and its food culture, and we want every dish to feel authentic, nourishing, and fast—perfect for busy Londoners who don’t want to compromise on taste.”
