One of our fave Irish boozers Homeboy Bar is getting ready to open their second site and this time they’re heading South to Embassy Gardens. After the success of their Islington site, owners Aaron Wall and Ciarán Smith hope to bring modern Irish hospitality to a much-larger location in Battersea.
With restrictions finally easing, the bar will be opening its terrace for al-fresco drinks from 12th April before fulling opening its doors on 17th May. They’ll be offering a cocktail menu that specifically showcases Irish Whisky, like The Wogan made using Teeling Small Batch Irish Whiskey, as well as more modern styled cocktails and Homeboy’s take on classics including the Negroni and Espresso Martini. The pair will also be serving up the best pint of Guinness in London and an all-day food offering, from brunch right through to Sunday lunch. It sounds like they’re onto another winner.
