Taking care of your mental health has always been important but more so now than ever, as we have to cope with the fear, anxiety and isolation caused by the coronavirus pandemic. Health and wellness platform Hims & Hers is helping make it easier by offering anonymous support group sessions led by a mental health professional for free.
The sessions, which can accommodate 15 people, cover topics like meditation, mindfulness, resilience and self-care, and relationships, and they’re held via Zoom. You can submit questions before the session if you’ve got something specific you’d like covered or you can simply just join and listen. As this is US-based, it’s worth double checking the times of the sessions you like as you don’t want to be caught out by the time difference – unless a middle of the night meditation sounds right up your street.
