Market is changing, first up we announced the re-opening of the refurbed Cat and Mutton in Spring and now we have news of Hill & Szrok Master Butcher & Cookshop. Opening in March, the venue will operate as a traditional butchers by day, and then as night falls the transform into a dining space.

Diners will be involved in all stages of their meal; selecting their cut of meat by weight and watching it cook. We had a sneak peek at the menu, with starters such as roast carrot, pickled onion, walnuts and Buckingham White and mains like Dorset Downs Butterflied leg of lamb to share and¬†Galloway on the bone sirloin it’s looking good people.
