Not the first song I liked, but this song really made me curious about making music! Started a punk band the same year I think, and I coloured my hair! Got myself a drum kit in the basement and drove the neighbours crazy the following years..
Reminds me of my favourite festival…
FKA TWIGS | WATER ME
We played Laneway Festival in Australia last year, and it was a special moment seeing FKA Twigs playing this song live. I felt really far away from home, but in a good way! We’re so looking forward to going back to Australia soon. Some of the best festival memories we have are from Laneway!

GORDI | SO HERE WE ARE
Gordi joined us for our tour in Europe in May! And I’ve been listening to her EP ever since then, it’s brilliant, and this song is wonderful! I also heard she’s a medical student, and I really can’t understand how she’s got the time to do all of this!

I just think this song is really beautiful! Maybe someone will cry? I hope so! We all love Bon Iver, and meeting him at the Øya Festival in 2012 was something pretty special for us. We’ve also released a Bon Iver cover called ‘Heavenly Father’.

PURITY RING | PUSH PULL
In a DJ set perhaps? Anyway, I think that people who are into electronic pop, and production will love this! I’ve been listening a LOT to the two Purity Ring albums, and it has been my biggest inspiration for producing electronic music and drum programming these past two years

A song from my own band sums me up pretty well, I think! In this song, there are pieces of inspiration from a lot of stuff that I really like! Some synth parts like Fever Ray, the programmed drums using a Casio Rapman, and the melody and lyrics by Ingrid!
