Now that BoJo has given the green light for 4th July, London restaurants are preparing to swing open their doors once again. Ollie Dabbous will be springing back into action with Hide, with new summer menus featuring the best seasonal produce as well as new health and safety measures.
Hide is also amending their wine pricing policy for the summer; not only do they have an absolutely mammoth list of almost 7,000 bottles, all the wines will now be available at the Hedonism Wines shelf price plus £10 per 75cl bottle. That makes their wines 50% cheaper than most restaurants in central London, so if you’re bang into wine you can get some big bargains here.
