Help raise money for charities that target homelessness, hunger, poverty and mental health issues by signing up for Lady Mayoress’s 2025 annual Sleep Out.
This March, the fundraising event will see Londoners ditch their beds for a night at Guildhall Yard to raise awareness of the homelessness crisis in the city. All of the net proceeds from each participant’s sponsorships will go towards providing vital support to those experiencing homelessness. 50% will go to funding the work of The Pret Foundation (aiding grassroots charities and helping to break the cycle of homelessness by providing training and employment) and 50% will be going towards The Lord Mayor’s Appeal and its partner charity Homewards, a five-year initiative by the Royal Foundation that unites organisations and individuals to develop local solutions to homelessness.
To take part, there’s a £25 registration fee and a minimum sponsorship target of £300 (excluding Gift Aid). Pret A Manger will supply hot drinks and breakfast for all those staying overnight. Participants should bring their own sleeping bags, cardboard, waterproofs, water bottles, and other necessary items, so if you wanna get involved you can register below.
