It’s Mental Health Awareness Week this week and as we’re still under lockdown, it’s more important than ever to take the time to check in with yourself and your mental health. Radox is doing its bit to help us find those moments of self-care and is challenging the nation to a record-breaking bathroom singalong – belting out a tune releases endorphins so singing in the shower is good for you, whether you sound like Beyonce or not.
In fact they’re hoping to break the world record for ‘Most videos of people singing the same song uploaded to Instagram in one hour’ and you can join in. All you have to do is sing FIVE’s classic ‘Keep on Movin’ and post it on Instagram, tagging #RhymeandShine and @RadoxUK, between 10am – 11am on 22nd May for it to be counted as part of the official record attempt.
