this weather, you’d be forgiven for thinking you’re in the Med. Ok, not really, but Hellmann’s and Spanish chef José Pizarro are looking to change that. On Wednesday 15th July, those in need of a break (and fingers crossed a spot of sunshine) will be able to transport themselves to the Hellmann’s with Olive Oil Mediterranean Retreat in London’s Soho Square.

Critically acclaimed Pizzaro will be offering live recipe demonstrations on how to make the ultimate Mediterranean lunch whilst wellbeing expert Salma Darling from The Mindfulness Project will be on hand to teach visitors about how to enjoy the goodness of a continental way of life.
