Shoreditch spot Senza Fondo has been going viral thanks to its bottomless lasagna but if you haven’t got time to sit in and feast on plate after plate, you can get your lasagna fix thanks to the Hatch. The takeaway sandwich hatch, open weekday lunchtimes, is dishing out Italian-American sarnies, including the Lasagnwich (with 15-hour slow-cooked beef shin ragu, herb béchamel, miso garlic mayo, roasted jalapeño, rocket, mozzarella, and parmesan), the Big Baloney (with mortadella, fennel salami, cheddar, house pickles, miso garlic butter, herb mayo, basil & parsley slaw), and the La Giardina (with basil & cashew pesto, roasted marinated courgettes, basil & parsley slaw, crispy onions and olives). You can also pick up dips, cold cuts, burrata and more to make your lunch into a proper feast.
