Harrods has announced the names of the final three chefs who’ll join the line-up at The Dining Hall
This October, Harrods’ Dining Hall is launching its all-new look, complete with a star-studded line-up of chefs. Back in June, we found out that internationally renowned sushi master Masayoshi ‘Masa’ Takayama is set to head up Sushi by MASA, which will take a prime position in the Dining Hall and mark Masa’s UK debut. Now, three more chefs have been announced, closing out what sounds like a stellar selection of restaurants.
There’ll be two totally new additions to the Dining Hall, alongside Sushi by MASA. First is the Kinoya Ramen Bar, which began life as a supper club run by chef Neha Mishra and is now a Michelin Bib Gourmand-winning ramen bar in Dubai. Of course, the menu centres around bowls of ramen, which are made using ‘nose to tail’ principles, but there’ll be an izakaya menu of light bites too – something to save room for.
The Dining Hall will also welcome chef Greek-born Athanasios Kargatzidis, and he’ll be bringing new concept Assembly Mezze & Skewers along with him. The menu here will feature plenty of authentic mezze, designed to be shared, with a focus on the grill and vegetarian plates.
Finally, the OG Pasta Evangelist outpost will reopen, this time joined by two Michelin-starred chef Giancarlo Perbellini. He’s best known for his acclaimed Verona-based restaurant, Casa Perbellini, and now Perbellini will give PE’s menu a revamp with new dishes such as baby octopus bruschetta and ravioli with braised venison, mushroom emulsion and hazelnut.
Harrods Dining Hall staples The Grill and Tom Kerridge’s Fish & Chips will also be reopening and you can book in for lunch or dinner now if you want to be some of the first to see these restaurants debut.
