Holborn is obviously the place to be at the moment… first we brought you news that Gezellig is opening in the area and now we’ve spied another newbie, Happy Lamb Hot Pot, which is opening up very soon.
Hot pot restaurant Happy Lamb is taking over a huge site at the bottom of The Office Group building and although we don’t have menu details yet, there’s no prizes for guessing what it’s speciality is going to be. The company behind, Little Sheep Hot Pot it is originally from Inner Mongolia in the very north of China, an area that features lamb in nearly all of its dishes, including the famous hotpot. They also own and operate restaurants in China and North America.
It’s due to open in early May and looks like it’s very nearly finished – we’ll bring you more info as soon as we have it.
