HAPPY FACE PIZZA OPENS IN ECCLESTON YARDS

There’s no January blues, only happy faces over in Eccleston Yards because Happy Face Pizza has set up shop and is dishing out half price pizzas all month long – starting at a fiver, the pizzas are already good value for money, so this is even more of a bargain. The second Happy Face restaurant (the first is in King’s Cross) is serving up the same authentic Neapolitan pizzas, made with a 72-hour fermented dough and featuring flavours like n’duja and burrata; tomato, mozzarella, neapolitan sausage, friarelli and fresh chilli; and potato, mushroom and pancetta. Plus, there’s the option to add ‘Extra Happiness’ toppings to pimp up your slice including the likes of vegan pepperoni, anchovies, artichoke, prosciutto crudo and more to keep you grinning.

You can bookend those pizzas with antipasti like cured meats, burratina, and zucchini fritti, and dolci including gelato and tiramisu, with Italian wines, beers and cocktails (including three variations on the negroni) completing the experience. And as Happy Face comes from the same team behind Spiritland, you can rest assured that the sound system and the music is on point for happy vibes right into the night.
