What’s this another new burger joint opening in London? Sure is and it’s just a hop, skip and jump away from Meat Liquor on Marylebone Lane. Hamborgara Bullan is already well established in Reykjavik and the man behind the scenes, Tommi Tómasson is credited with introducing burgers to Iceland. The Marylebone outlet will be named Tommi’s Burger Joint.
The Iceland outlet has previously been described as “Hipster” with old film posters lining the walls and budget burgers and shakes which are apparently the snizzle. The London post is set to open in June and will be able to accomodate 25 burger chompers with recyled furniture, retro stools and like its Icelandic cousin nostalgic posters. They will also offer take away and as well as burgers they will be knocking out Rib Eye Steaks and Chicken in Honey sauce.
