Collab alert! With so many collabs kicking around it’s hard to know which ones are worth checking out. Well we’ve been, we’ve tried and we can vouch for this one. Hakkasan’s Executive Chef Tong has teamed up with Street XO’s Dabiz Munoz to create a limited edition menu just in time for the annual Chinese festival Golden Week. The menu is a celebration of both Cantonese and Spanish cuisine along with inspo from around the world thrown in too.
You can expect dishes such as tortilla dim sum with truffle and quail egg, three ways crispy egg fried rice and our personal fave, the hot and sour foie gras soup…so good! The limited edition menu finishes on 22nd October and is pre-book only so jump on those ressies. Hakkasan, we’re a fan…
