We can’t go to Mexico (and we can’t go to Mexican restaurants in London either) so the Hakkasan Group is bringing it to us with its new virtual pop-up Casa Calavera. The group’s Los Cabos-based restaurant has come to town via Supper, Deliveroo and Uber Eats so you can get a taste of its modern Mexican food without leaving the house.
The menu includes casa nachos with fire-roasted salsa; ahi tuna tostadas with pickled cucumber and guac; achiote chicken quesadillas; chipotle beef brisket tacos with jalapeno and feta; grilled yellowtail tacos with guajillo mayo; and grilled cactus salad with roasted beetroot and pickled red onion.
