The celebrated dessert shop is opening in Knightsbridge across from Harrods
Hafiz Mustafa, a confectionary shop that was founded in Istanbul in 1864, has become beloved across Turkey – it now has several locations across Istanbul as well as in Antalya, Bodrum and one in Dubai, and now it’s coming to London. The business is famous for its traditional Turkish sweets, including baklava (made with a variety of different nuts), kadayıf, Turkish delight (flavoured with everything from pomegranate to rose to pistachio), halva, and milk desserts, all made with natural ingredients.
We don’t know much about the London site yet, other than its Knightsbridge location, but given the biz has built its name on tradition, we wouldn’t expect much deviation from the offering in Turkey, so if you’re after traditional Turkish coffee, fruit teas and sweets, this is gonna be the place.
