This week Michelin Bib Indian restaurant Gunpowder is running its very own Goan Food festival. This involves a special menu, which is inspired by a selection of Indian food cultures, including Goan, Konkani, Malvani and Karavali. Highlights include Maldon rock oysters topped with frozen hibiscus & cashew nut arrack granita, and traditional Goan xec xec velvet crab, which is served whole with cockles. There will also be some Goan inspired cocktails to wash all of this down with, including the Kokam Martini and Ambotic Margarita, and you can feast on the special Goan food festival menu at both Gunpowder Soho and Gunpowder Tower Bridge.
