Hawksmoor is bringing some of the best chefs in the country into its Borough restaurant this year for its 2020 guest chef series. Held on the last Friday of every month (with an extra Thanksgiving special thrown in) the chefs will cook up their take on a Hawksmoor meal in the intimate Cooks’ Room, which only has 16 seats.
Ben Tish of Norma is first up but the tickets have already sold out (sad times), so the next chance you’ll have is on 27th March when Sean Searley of Quality Chop House takes over the kitchen. Tickets are £150, including wine pairings, and they go live at the start of each month. It might sound punchy but considering that’s all in for food and booze and the intimate setting with some incredible chefs, it’s going to be worth splashing the cash on any of these.
