THE GREENWICH COMEDY FESTIVAL IS BACK FOR 2023

And they’ve got a major line-up planned

The Greenwich Comedy Festival is returning to the National Maritime Museum this September, with five days full of the biggest standup acts – and best rising talent – from the UK and beyond. This year marks the fest’s 15th birthday too, so they’re really going all out for 2023.

BAFTA and British Comedy Award-winning standup Stewart Lee will be headlining this year’s Greenwich Comedy Festival. He’ll follow Fern Brady, Celya AB and Ray Badran in Sunday’s finale, hosted by Live At The Apollo star Ivo Graham. The rest of the programme is just as star-studded. Expect to see the likes of Simon Amstell, Reginald D. Hunter, Russell Kane, Maisie Adam, Nina Conti, Jack Dee and more take to the stage. Pulling acts from legendary comedy shows like Taskmaster, The Last Leg and Have I Got News For You, this’ll be a killer programme.

As always, there’ll be plenty of food and drink to go along with your comedy. The Greenwich Comedy Festival’s bars will be serving up a range of craft beers & ciders, botanical gins, wines and more, while a wide variety of street food stalls will cater to all tastes. The traders at this year’s festival include:

  • Duck Frites
  • S Class Kitchen
  • Warm and Toastie
  • Pink Nachos
  • Zero Sushi
  • Emilio’s
  • Nanizi’s
  • Ravenous Fudge

Tickets are on sale now at £26 each; if you’re in the mood for a laugh, Greenwich is the place to be this September.
