House have dropped a new single ‘I Was A Streetlight’, acting as the first real taste of what to expect from their debut album this October. So just what can we expect? Well, pretty much Nick Cave set against a back-drop of dwindling guitars. There’s something sinister lurking behind the self-assured vocals of Liam Palmer, and it’s this enigma which grips, grabs and inappropriately seizes your attention.

The album ‘A Sun Full And Drowning is scheduled for release on the 28th October under Marshall Teller. Cathch the at The Lexington on Sept 5th.
